Some helpful scriptures on this subject: Proverbs 27:17 Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. James 5:16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. Matthew 18:15-17 If your brother sins go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother. But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that by the mouth of two or three witnesses every fact may be confirmed. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as Gentile and a tax collector. 2 Timothy 2:24-25 The Lord's bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged. With gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth, And they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will. 2 Timothy 4:2 Preach the world; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction. Galatians 6:1 Brethren, even if anyone is caught in any trespass, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, so that you too will not be tempted. Bear one another's burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ. For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. James 5:19-20 My brethren, if any among you strays from the truth and one turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins. Titus 3:10-11 Reject a fractious man after a first and second warning, knowing that such a man is perverted and is sinning, being self-condemned. 2 Thessalonians 3:14-15 If anyone does not obey our instruction in this letter, take special note of that person and do not associate with him, so that he will be put to shame. Yet do not regard him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother. Matthew 7:21-23 Not everyone who says to me, "Lord, Lord" will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, "Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?" And I will declare to them, "I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS." Proverbs 9:7-9 He who corrects a scoffer gets dishonor for himself; And he who reproves a wicked man gets insults for himself. Do not reprove a scoffer lest he hate you; Reprove a wise man, and he will love you. Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser, Teach a righteous man, and he will increase his learning. Matthew 7:6 Do not give what is holy to dogs, and do not throw your pearls before swine, or they will trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces. 1 John 2:3-6 By this we know that we have come to know Him, if we keep His commandments. The one who says, "I have come to know Him," and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him"; But whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God has truly been perfected by this we know that we are in Him: The one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked. 1 John 5:2-3 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and observe His commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 Corinthians 5:11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner—not even to eat with such a person. I Corinthians 5:9-13 I wrote you in my letter not to associate with immoral people; I did not at all mean with the immoral people of this world, or with the covetous and swindlers, or with idolaters, for then you would have to go out of the world. But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so--called brother if he is an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler — not even to eat with such a one. For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church? 1 Corinthians 15:33-34 Do not be deceived: "Evil company corrupts good habits." Awake to righteousness, and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame Also see Luke 5:31-32, 1 Corinthians 15:33-34, 2 Corinthians 6:14-17, Matthew 5:44-45, Matthew 7:3-5.

May 6, 2012 - great and good for you for sharing... I will say that I noticed you did something that most speakers of the bible do. You used the scripture '' there is therefore no condemnation for those that are in Christ Jesus... <------- you stopped there. Lets not give half truth... the rest of that verse says '' who walk after the spirit and not after the flesh''. if you walk in the flesh you are condemned of course because that is where sin has been condemned. Speak full truth is all :)

May 7, 2012 - Thank you. If you read all the scriptures I posted under the video, I don't think you would come to the same conclusion that I am giving half truths. I find it funny you should say this, as this is the first time I'm accused of this, I am usually told that I am being TOO HARSH. lol. If anyone is a new creation in Christ, they OF COURSE will not walk in the flesh, anyone who does walk in the flesh is NOT saved.
