May 19, 2012 - um ya it can, toyota built these engines originally to produce 600 from the factory, but was then later decided due to pressure from the industry at the time to dumb it down a bit. after all it would have owned all the super cars at an hp level like that stock. many people have run as much as 800 whp on stock internals.
