totally WTF, on top of this charade, there is a LOT OF BULL SHIT GOING ON. Cold shutdown declared in December because of "pride" and change of rules once the fuel has left the containment vessel... OF COURSE it will be cooler "in the containment vessel" if the FUCKING FUEL HAS LEFT THE VESSEL and buried it's way into the ground and contaminating the ground water. I almost did not do a report today due to "undue rumors"... WTF, ?
