This is a FAIL way to breach a fatal funnel. Took place at the Mansfield Reformatory INVITATIONAL airsoft game in 2009. We were deploying from the library in East Block, moved along cell tier 3 to the center of the prison, moved down to the ADMIN level and attempted to breach the ADMIN area via a catwalk and sending our second squad (who were underneath us, tier 1) through the bull pen. I pulled the pin on my simulation flash bang grenade, but it slipped out of my hands and landed on my second squad. The guy yelling is teammate Horton who noticed the grenade and saved our squad. We did not breach on this attempt. We did on trial 2.
