I did some research and could not find anything conclusive... same goes for using splenda though and you all know how I feel about that. I would make sure not to set the over above 350F and you could even go lower and increase the time if you are nervous.

Feb 23, 2012 - I use sparkrecipes - it lets you enter the ingredients and number of servings and gives you the nutrition facts. It does not work though if you translate it into Weight Watchers points since they do not recognize you are using clean ingredients.

Feb 24, 2012 - I think you can get at health food stores but it's a bit on the pricy side ... I searched online and some people say you can replace that with regular cornmeal, corn flour, no problem ... cornmeal also is a good source of proteins. I like this recipe, I might try it soon making a few changes here and there. You can adapt the recipe based on your taste and budget of course. ;-)
