Feb 7, 2012 - On Mac, Final Cut Pro X is great. Yeah, its a new application and it lacks some features right now that will eventually be available, but what it does do well it does better than any editor out there. Also, it handles H.264 natively, so no need to convert footage! Most people bash FCPX because its fun to heckle the apple fan-boys, but if they took the time to get to know the new application and look at it as a new application, they would see it is amazing and has incredible potential.

Feb 7, 2012 - Scott, check out OpenOfficedotorg, that should let you keep the formatting. It opens and saves in a variety of formats including Word... and it's FREE!! also includes the office suite, with a Excel and Powerpoint alternative.

Feb 7, 2012 - Utube wouldn't let me post it as .org so.... there ya go.

Feb 7, 2012 - i couldnt find the user's original comment so... in response to OYVWILMARBJO's comment on the recap video: i would definitely recommend Final Cut Pro X ive only used it for 2 projects so far and although it is extremely simplified from Final Cut Pro 7 it makes editing a lot more streamlined and offers the same versatility. another option ive used is Adobe Premiere which is essentially the same as Final Cut Pro 7 perhaps a bit more complicated but it just depends which you prefer.

Feb 7, 2012 - @andrew1470 If you want to record im 1080p, get anything either thannthe t3. The T3 is a very good camera and has a good price, the only flaws are the weight and that its only in 720p.

Daluprime Says:

Feb 9, 2012 - Thanks that celtx program is great. I never heard of it before. And regarding the notepad thing. I dont know if this was your problem but before pasting to notepad. Near the bottom of the window where it says script. Click typeset/pdf high light what you want and click edit and copy since right click doesnt work for some reason. It copied out and pasted back in perfectly for me.
