This is our 96 F350 Turbo diesel getting destroyed. The engine, transmission and the Dana 60 front straight axle will be in a rust free body by the spring of 2012 This poor truck only has 66k actual miles but had a full bed mount salt spreader and a snowplow on it from the beginning of its life and to its end; we just picked it up for parts cheep In this video we were removing the salt spreader braces out of the bed that were bolted in with 1/2 in bolts that were rusted really bad

Mar 7, 2012 - The passenger side mirror was destroyed but the drivers side is ok. All we have done was removed the bed so far. We are going to remove the Dana 60 straight axle in the front, the dashboard and steering column, the entire doghouse, all the good glass, the rear end and leaf springs and the 1 good plastic front gas tank, also the engine and transmission and transfer case, Only thing going to the scrap yard is the cab, rusted and broken frame and the bed and the rear gas tank that you can see through

Mar 7, 2012 - It's sad because this truck only had 64287 actual miles on it and it had a full size bed salt spreader in the back and a western snow plow on the front and was only driven in the winter but never washed its whole life, the 7.3 turbo diesel and the transmission is in great shape and will be putting it in to a 93 f 150 flareside and the straight axle will be going in a 93 F250. The rust was so bad on the frame that the truck almost broke in half on the flatbed getting here. The parts will live on.
