I am a new artist who loves to sing all styles of music only I want to put my own unique spin on it. I am a girl who loves lyrics and I am currently working on songs that lend themselves to life experiences that others can relate to.
Supply and Demand was actually an econ assignment in High School (I got an A by the way). I kept the concept and changed up the lyrics and was given an opportunity to go into the studio to record it. So in essence I have to give a great big shout out to Coach K for giving me my first song writing opportunity!
My influences are Adele (right?) Lenka, Regina Spektor, and my favorite is Florence and the Machine; I even named my new puppy "Florence".
I am the youngest of 7 children, 5 brothers and 1 sister. Our family has had its fair share of struggles through the years, cancer, suicide, death of a sibling... I think these earthly battles have given me an insight into people's pain and have added depth to my singing. God has blessed me with a desire to sing and a heart to help the hurting and in spite of it all; I look forward to what the future holds! I hope you will share this journey with me!
